How to read this

Source. Each location's GROW [Location] Dashboard scheduled report, scoped to a single previous day. Resets sold = "Promotions Purchased" on those dashboards. "Memberships Purchased" is separate ongoing-membership business and is not counted toward the campaign target.

Weekend roll-up. Monday's report carries Friday, Saturday and Sunday sales as well as Monday's, because the weekend has no EOD send. Monday rows are marked, and the sales window is stated under the date so the number is never ambiguous.

Activity targets. 30 calls and 4 first sessions booked per location per day (Sales Sprint Tracker, "Your Weekly Targets"; workshop ranges 25-40 and 3-5). Sales targets are each location's own campaign submission: Hermosa 40, La Jolla 30, Woodland Hills 20, Santa Monica 15, Cherry Hill 12 (midpoint of the 8-20 agreed Jul 29). Northern Liberties has no submitted target and is left unscored.

Call logging. Where a location shows not logged, GROW returned "no data found" on both call widgets with zero duration - no calls are being recorded there. That is not proof no calls were made. Santa Monica sold Resets with zero logged calls, which makes the point. Treat those zeros as unmeasured, not as zero effort.

Colour. Green at or above target, amber 75-99%, red below 75%, grey no data. Every status carries a word and an icon as well as a colour, and the table repeats every figure, so nothing depends on colour alone.
